Each lamp is hand-cast from epoxy resin poured into a silicone mold, with a hand-painted figure or scene sealed inside, then finished with a protective top coat. How do I clean and care for my lamp?

Why do some of your lamps detach from the base?

Our lamps are designed to detach from the base primarily to prevent any potential damage during delivery. If you encounter any issues with the light fitting into the base, rest assured that we can promptly replace the base for you, saving both time and money.

How should I proceed if the product arrives damaged or broken?

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or broken product upon delivery, kindly inform us, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. A new tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
